All DALU products are designed specifically for small breeds — dachshunds, French Bulldogs, corgis, Shih Tzus, pugs, miniature schnauzers and similar. Check our size guide to confirm the right fit for your dog's measurements.
Standard delivery to most European countries takes 3-5 business days. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available at checkout. All orders placed before 12:00 on weekdays ship the same day.
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Simply contact us via email and we'll arrange the return and process your refund within 48 hours.
Most dogs adapt within a few sessions. We recommend introducing the product gradually with treats. If your dog still isn't comfortable, our 30-day return policy covers you fully — no exceptions.
Our products are suitable for adult dogs. For puppies, we recommend waiting until they've reached at least 80% of their expected adult size — typically around 9-12 months depending on the breed. When in doubt, ask your vet.
All DALU products use non-toxic, hypoallergenic materials that have been reviewed by veterinary professionals. We do not use any harmful dyes, plastics, or irritants.
Hand wash with mild, dog-safe soap and cold water. Air dry fully before the next use. Do not tumble dry. Where applicable, removable inner pads can be washed separately.
When in doubt, go up one size. A slightly larger fit can be adjusted with the straps; a too-small fit cannot. If you'd like a personal recommendation, send us your dog's chest and neck measurements and we'll advise you directly.
